Felicia Loughrey
Felicia joined the Vita House team in March 2020 as the Family Support/Community Development Worker. Since December 2023 she took over the role of Co-Ordinator in South Roscommon Family Resource Centre. As part of her work she facilitates groups such as parent & toddler groups, women’s groups, men’s group and works with both individuals and families who have vulnerabilities in their lives. Prior to working in Roscommon, Felicia worked as a Community Development Worker in Longford for nearly twelve years.
Felicia has a Masters in Community Development awarded from the National University of Ireland, Galway and an Arts Degree in English and Psychological Studies again awarded from the National University of Ireland, Galway. She has completed further training in Train the Trainer level 6, Triple P Parenting Programme, Active Citizenship, Parenting when Separated, Working things out, Asist, Motivational Interviewing and Narrative 4 Storytelling.
