Brought to you by facilitator Patrice Cregg, this practical, life enhancing workshop will introduce you to many simple techniques that will help you to reduce stress or anxiety and live life more fully. It aims to restore you to a more natural, mindful state of wellbeing.

This workshop aims to teach people more about how the mind works and how the mind can be trained. It includes research done in the area of neuroscience, which proves the brain enhancing possibilities after even a few short practices of meditations.

There are elements of positive psychology included in the course, which helps to offset the negativity bias of the brain.
