Yoga-Thursay evenings 7.00 – 8.00pm-Vita House 06th Feb 8 weeks

This gentle Chair-based yoga offers the same benefits as traditional yoga, like boosting strength, flexibility, and mental well-being. 

Mindfulness Meditation – wed evening – Vita House april 9th – 6pm 6 weeks course

Here participants will be guided through a relaxation meditation to prepare them to welcome the soft sounds of therapeutic instruments

Exercise is very beneficial for people with cancer. It can improve fatigue, mental wellbeing, physical function and quality of life.
