A six week Gentle Chair Yoga

THURSDAY AT 6.30PM

QUILING- DEBBIE PERKINS

This 4 week course 7PM

Quilling is the art of using multicolour paper strips with different tightness of shape to form the basic components. Then creatively assemble all these components to produce  a piece of art or picture.
There are two methods of quilling, western  and Chinese.
Western uses the basic curling of paper, while Chinese uses a totally different technique. Both will be taught during the course.

A morning of Herbs and Essential Oils for the Immune System. Followed by Yoga and Relaxation.

Mindfulness Tiffany Walshe

Saturday 8th, 15th April 10-1pm – Current diagnosis

Saturday 6th,13th May 10-1pm

Mindfulness is a practice that works on two components. Firstly learning to actively pay attention to the body in that moment. Secondly learning compassion and acceptance of the feedback you received.

Tiffany teaches this course through fun activities that make it easy to incorporate into your everyday life.
