  What is Mediation?
Mediation is a confidential, voluntary process where a neutral third party helps people in conflict communicate effectively, explore solutions, and reach a mutually acceptable agreement. It offers a safe and respectful space to resolve issues, often reducing stress, cost, and time compared to more formal routes.

Types of Mediation offered:
Couple Mediation                                                                                                        Parenting children including access, support etc
 Financial support
 Family home and property i.e. division of assets
 Other problems related to the separation

 Family Mediation
 Division of assets following the death of a family member
 Negotiating shared terms in relation to the care of an elder family member

Fee The cost of mediation is €50 per person per session.
