Complementary therapies are supportive treatments that are used alongside your medical care to help improve your overall wellbeing. They can help reduce stress, ease symptoms, promote relaxation, and support your physical, emotional, and mental health throughout your cancer journey. These therapies are not a replacement for medical treatment but are designed to complement the care you receive from your healthcare team.

MAGS - THERAPIST
Reflexology
REFLEXOLOGY
Reflexology is a gentle complementary therapy that involves applying pressure to specific points on the feet, which are believed to correspond to different areas of the body. Each treatment is tailored to the individual's needs and aims to promote relaxation and overall wellbeing.
Many people living with cancer find reflexology helps them to relax and may support them in managing symptoms such as stress, anxiety, pain, fatigue, and nausea. While reflexology is not a treatment for cancer, it can be a valuable complementary therapy that supports quality of life alongside medical care.

REIKI THERAPIST - NORA
REIKI
Reiki is a gentle complementary therapy that aims to promote relaxation and a sense of wellbeing. During a session, the practitioner uses light touch or places their hands just above the body to encourage deep relaxation. Many people find Reiki helps them feel calmer, reduces stress and anxiety, and supports emotional wellbeing. Some people also report feeling more comfortable and relaxed after a session, which may help them cope better with the physical and emotional challenges of cancer and its treatment.
